Angular 15 (#1764)
* Updated ngx-virtual-scroller * Removed the karma test config as it's breaking migration * Reverted to pre angular 15 * Upgraded packages and reverted target to ES6 for older devices * It's broken. Need to also find the safari version for old Ipads * Fixes some code in default pipe and many updates to packages. Removed support for old iOS versions as it restricted Kavita from using newer features. Build still broken. * More progress in getting build working on Angular 15. Removed polyfills.ts for new angular config * Remove all.css for icons and use scss instead * Removed stuff that isn't needed * Migrated extended linting to eslint, ran on project and updated issues. Removed a duplicate component that did nothing. Fixed a few places where lifecycle hooks werent being called as interface wasn't implemented. * App builds correctly. Source maps are still needed. * Fixed source maps and removed more testing stuff. I will re-add later in another release when I figure out how to properly tackle dependencies on backend. * Reverted back to old source map definition |

Better Themes, Stats, and bugfixes (#1740)
* Fixed a bug where when clicking on a series rating for first time, the rating wasn't populating in the modal. * Fixed a bug on Scroll mode with immersive mode, the bottom bar could clip with the book body. * Cleanup some uses of var * Refactored text as json into a type so I don't have to copy/paste everywhere * Theme styles now override the defaults and theme owners no longer need to maintain all the variables themselves. Themes can now override the color of the header on mobile devices via --theme-color and Kavita will now update both theme color as well as color scheme. * Fixed a bug where last active on user stats wasn't for the particular user. * Added a more accurate word count calculation and the ability to see the word counts year over year. * Added a new table for long term statistics, like number of files over the years. No views are present for this data, I will add them later. |

Basic Stats (#1673)
* Refactored ResponseCache profiles into consts * Refactored code to use an extension method for getting user library ids. * Started server statistics, added a charting library, and added a table sort column (not finished) * Refactored code and have a fully working example of sortable headers. Still doesn't work with default sorting state, will work on that later. * Implemented file size, but it's too expensive, so commented out. * Added a migration to provide extension and length/size information in the DB to allow for faster stat apis. * Added the ability to force a library scan from library settings. * Refactored some apis to provide more of a file breakdown rather than just file size. * Working on visualization of file breakdown * Fixed the file breakdown visual * Fixed up 2 visualizations * Added back an api for member names, started work on top reads * Hooked up the other library types and username/days. * Preparing to remove top reads and refactor into Top users * Added LibraryId to AppUserProgress to help with complex lookups. * Added the new libraryId hook into some stats methods * Updated api methods to use libraryId for progress * More places where LibraryId is needed * Added some high level server stats * Got a ton done on server stats * Updated default theme (dark) to be the default root variables. Misc Enhancements (#1525)
* Moved the data connection for the Database out of appsettings.json and hardcoded it. This will allow for more customization and cleaner update process. * Removed unneeded code * Updated pdf viewer to 15.0.0 (pdf 2.6), which now supports east-asian fonts * Fixed up some regex parsing for volumes that have a float number. * Fixed a bug where the tooltip for Publication Status wouldn't show * Fixed some weird parsing rules where v1.1 would parse as volume 1 chapter 1 * Fixed a bug where bookmarking button was hidden for admins without bookmark role (due to migration) * Unified the star rating component in series detail to match metadata filter. * Fixed a bug in the bulk selection code when using shift selection, where the inverse of what was selected would be toggled. * Fixed some old code where if on all series page, only English as a language would return. We now return all languages of all libraries. * Updated api/metadata/languages documentation * Refactored some bookmark api names: get-bookmarks -> chapter-bookmarks, get-all-bookmarks -> all-bookmarks, get-series-bookmarks -> series-bookmarks, etc. * Refactored all cases of createSeriesFilter to filterUtiltityService. Bugfix polishing (#1245)
* Fixed a bug where volumes that are a range fail to generate series detail * Moved tags closer to genre instead of between different people * Optimized the query for On Deck * Adjusted mime types to map to cbX types instead of their generic compression methods. * Added wiki documentation into invite user flow and register admin user to help users understand email isn't required and they can host their own service. * Refactored the document height to be set and removed on nav service, so the book reader and manga reader aren't broken. * Refactored On Deck to first be completely streamed to UI, without having to do any processing in memory. Rewrote the query so that we sort by progress then chapter added. Progress is 30 days inclusive, chapter added is 7 days. * Fixed an issue where epub date parsing would sometimes fail when it's only a year or not a year at all * Fixed a bug where incognito mode would report progress * Fixed a bug where bulk selection in storyline tab wouldn't properly run the action on the correct chapters (if selecting from volume -> chapter). * Removed a - 1 from total page from card progress bar as the original bug was fixed some time ago * Fixed a bug where the logic for filtering out a progress event for current logged in user didn't check properly when user is logged out. * When a file doesn't exist and we are trying to read, throw a kavita exception to the UI layer and log. * Removed unneeded variable and added some jsdoc |

Publication Status Enhancements (#1231)
* Trim when reading some fields from ComicInfo. Adjusted css on the site to reduce nbsp * Added Cancelled as a publication status * Ensure we track volume number from ComicInfo for the count to determine publication status * Publication Status will now check against volume number or chapter number (parsed or comicinfo). The UI will now display the progress, ie) 10/15 and will show the series as completed with a green tag badge if the progress is 100%. * Tweaked the ordering of the tabs to make it more streamlined in the reading ordering of Kavita * Tweaked the logic for filling in tag badge * Added a new publication status of Ended for series that have finished releasing, but not all items are in Kavita * Added some fields to edit series modal |

Side Nav Fixes (#1161)
* Fixed an issue where there was extra padding on top/bottom of readers when side nav was hidden. * Fixed a bug where fit to screen wasn't forcing width scaling * Added back total pages to many pages * Fixed the padding on series detail cards * Tweaked carousels to match series detail padding * Fixed an issue where large amount of libraries could have 2 highlighted at once due to how highlight logic works on routes. * Cleaned up some extra space in card detail layout due to moving title into compainion bar * Moved some gloabls to global and moved color-scheme to body tag * Moved scrollbar onto the body itself which helps with page jank on loading and fixes scrollbar not working with theme |

Account Email Support (#1000)
* Moved the Server Settings out into a button on nav header * Refactored Mange Users page to the new design (skeleton). Implemented skeleton code for Invite User. * Hashed out more of the code, but need to move all the email code to a Kavita controlled API server due to password credentials. * Cleaned up some warnings * When no user exists for an api key in Plugin controller, throw 401. * Hooked in the ability to check if the Kavita instance can be accessed externally so we can determine if the user can invite or not. * Hooked up some logic if the user's server isn't accessible, then default to old flow * Basic flow is working for confirm email. Fit Split to Screen (#769)
* Updated readme with new host information and new feature site. * Implemented basic fit to screen splitting option for manga reader such that the reader will try to fit the whole cover on the screen via scaling it. Updated a bunch of defaults in the preferences to give a better experience for first installs. * Refactored the stat scheduling code slightly to clean it up and have better logging. * Replaced @import with @use to lower css bundling. * Changed up the defaults for the reading preferences to give a better experience. Fixed a duplicate render on automatic scaling due to emitting a valuechange with automatic scaling changing fit. Implemented basic form of fit to screen. * Added parser case for "The Duke of Death and His Black Maid - Ch. 177 - The Ball (3).cbz" * Removed a file that is created and modified every test run. * Fixed a bad parser case for "Batman Beyond 02 (of 6) (1999)" which was consuming too many characters * Removed a lot of "Volume" parsing for Comics that don't make sense. This is prep work for the upcoming Comic Rework release. * Reworked a lot of parsing cases for comics based on naming conventions observed from releases found online. * Added a way for external scripts to use a user api key to authenticate * Fixed an issue if the manga only had one page, the bottom menu would be missing page and chapter controls. * Fixed a bug where on small phones, nav bar could overflow due to scroll to top * Tweaked a lot of regex for manga parsing to handle some cases where poorly named files, like "Vol. 03 Ch. 21" would end up parsing as Series "Vol. 03". * Even more handling of parser cases. Manga parser should be as it was but more robust to handle bad naming. * Fixed: Don't force metadata refresh on Scan Series, only on refresh metadata * Implemented the ability to automatically refresh after a series scan based on when server finishes. * Refactored library card to have a custom implemenation using icons rather than images.
