29c29976f1 Reworked some of the logic to be less round trips to db. 
Fixed a localization "off" issue.

Don't allow users to rename the Default Reading Profile.

- Promote/Create new from implicit profile
- Fix save to parent updating implicit instead
- Remove skip in the manga reader as the resolver has made it redundant
- Add confirm to delete profile flow
